Group Program

Are you looking to check in with yourself differently during COVID-19?

We’re launching a four-week group program on exactly that. Led by Shift therapist, Sandra Godoy, this program will help you set aside time to work on and reconnect to your sense of self, learn and share techniques on how to prioritize your self, and create/maintain new self-care habits.

  • What? A small group program designed to support you with self reflection and self-care during COVID-19. It’ll be four weeks starting on Saturday, May 9 at 11am.
  • Where? All sessions will take place on Zoom in an intimate meeting format.
  • When? Sessions will be on May 9, 16, 23, and 30 at 11am for 90-minutes.
  • How much? The program cost is $200 (or $50 per session).
