Our team at Shift Collab is on a mission to make mental wellness simple, relatable, and actionable.
In the stale mental health industry, we have developed a different approach to therapy, workshops, and courses. We prioritize connection, creativity, and being solution-focused in all areas of our work. Our approach attracts ambitious leaders who are striving for excellence — at work, at home, and within themselves.
Since 2016, we have grown from a small therapy practice to a team of over 30 dedicated mental health professionals. We are now proud to be the preferred provider of therapy and mental health education to top companies, insurance groups, campuses, and leaders across Canada.
We are looking to add a new in-clinic therapist to our roster of skilled, relatable therapists. In particular, we are seeking a Social Worker (MSW RSW) that is a clinical therapist with a current private practice. We require at least two full days (8-hours per day, inclusive of a 1-hour break) of in-clinic time, and that this be your only downtown Toronto practice location. We are also open to increasing days and availability as your practice grows. Our expectation is that you participate in workshops, professional development opportunities and team meetings all to better your practice and business.
This is an independent contract position that allows for building your own caseload, business acumen, and be part of a larger vision — all while earning a great living along with a great team.
