Bonnie-Sue is a registered social worker who has three decades of experience working in adult, adolescent, and children's mental health. Bonnie-Sue supports individuals, couples and families to navigate anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, and abuse. Bonnie-Sue is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Bonnie-Sue creates a safe and comfortable space for you while in session. Bonnie-Sue uses a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, strength-based, solution-focused approach and works from a narrative therapy lens. She collaborates with you to develop self-compassion and learn strategies to better manage and cope with the challenges you’re facing. Bonnie-Sue was born and raised in Montreal and moved to Toronto for her master’s degree at the University of Toronto. She enjoys travelling, kayaking, and cycling.
