She encourages you to challenge negative thoughts and beliefs while exploring the obstacles that may hinder your progress. With Jackie's guidance, you'll navigate the path toward your goals, one step at a time, with a renewed sense of confidence and purpose.
With Jackie, you’re always going to be in the driver's seat. She believes that you hold the key to your own contentment and peace — you might just need help accessing it. With an approach that is collaborative, compassionate, and direct, she strives to create a safe space where you can explore your concerns, understand experiences, and build confidence. Jackie also has experience developing CBT-based mental wellness programs/products for Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, and organizations, including the Canadian Olympic Committee.
Outside of sessions, you can find her curled up with a book, outside in nature listening to a podcast or seeking out new adventures. She also dreams of owning a quaint villa in the Italian countryside with a library full of antique books and a huge flower garden.
