Jill is a registered social worker who has worked extensively in the health care sector. She can support you with anxiety, depression, stress management, chronic illness, brain injury, perinatal mental health, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, and trauma. She has also worked in emergency and acute care, long term care, outpatient rehabilitation, private practice, and the BC Physician Health Program.
Jill is passionate about promoting positive change through counselling. She uses evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and person-centred therapy. Jill will work with you to address the root causes of difficulties, find strategies to manage obstacles, and help you become your most authentic self.
