Founded in 2016 by Megan Rafuse and Jordan Axani, Shift Collab was created to modernize and humanize the online therapy experience.
Today, Shift helps Canadians access therapy, understand themselves better, and build lives that feel more aligned with who they are.
From therapy services to mental health education and community events, we’re building tools and experiences that make mental health support more accessible and more human.

We keep our hiring process transparent and supportive so you know what to expect at each step.

Screening
Our team will complete an HR screening and if there’s a potential fit, we’ll invite you to complete a short video interview.
Alignment Interview
Meet with a team member to talk about your goals and how they align with Shift.
Second Interview Stage
If you move forward, the next step may include another conversation or a short assignment depending on the role.
References & Offer
If it’s a mutual fit, we complete reference checks before extending a formal offer with compensation details.
Onboarding
Once you accept, you'll begin onboarding with training, orientation, and integration into the Shift community.
