If you’re not 100% happy with your therapist within 30 days of starting therapy, our care team will match you with another therapist and give you a complimentary session.
Our services are often covered by your health insurance. We collect payment at the time of your appointment and provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and debit cards that work as a Visa or Mastercard. Upon booking your first session, you will be asked to input your payment method of choice.
To support our therapists' livelihoods, clients must give at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are subject to a no-show fee of the whole session rate.
