We offer a range of session types for individuals, couples, and families.
Individual therapy is a great way to work on yourself and get the support you need to improve your emotional wellbeing. All sessions are focused on your needs, goals, and hopes for your future. You'll be able to work with a therapist one-on-one, with them acting as your advocate.
Couples therapy is a safe space for couples to work on their relationship, communication, and navigate challenges. Our couples therapists are skilled, impartial, and are ready to support any area of your relationship or marriage.
Family therapy is focused on the family as a whole, not just the individual. It's a way to help families navigate change and find new ways to address recent or deeply-embedded challenges. Our family therapists are ready to support you.
Adolescent therapy is a safe space for youth and teens (age 12 plus) to explore their thoughts and feelings. We offer a variety of therapy services that are tailored to the individual needs of each client. Our adolescent therapists are trained in evidence-based practices and provide a safe, supportive environment for youth to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Child therapy is a safe space for children (under 12 years of age) to explore their thoughts and feelings. We offer a variety of therapy services that are tailored to the individual needs of each client. Our children therapists are trained in evidence-based practices and provide a safe, supportive environment for children to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Student therapy is a safe space for students to explore their thoughts and feelings, and learn about themselves. As part of our mission to make therapy more accessible, we offer a discounted student rate therapy for current college and university students.
Reduced rate therapy is a service that provides affordable therapy to individuals, students, and youth who otherwise couldn't afford care. We offer reduced rate therapy for those who qualify, and are committed to increasing accessibility for all.
Group therapy programs are led by our Shift therapists in small groups up to 10 participants. A friendly reminder that group therapy can be supplementary to individual, couple or family therapy.
FYI: Rates vary between therapists depending on their credentials, expertise, and seniority. All prices are per session in Canadian dollars. Some providers are legally required to charge sales tax in addition to the pricing above.
