Curious about ADHD or what a diagnosis means for your everyday life? This free virtual workshop, hosted in partnership with Finding Focus and The ADHD Clinic by Shift Collab, will help you make sense of it all. Jennifer Arturaola-Gutierrez, NP-PHC from Finding Focus, and Kaela McCarney, MSW, RSW, ADHD Therapy Expert at Shift Collab, will guide you through the ADHD care pathway, from understanding the diagnosis process and treatment options to exploring how therapy can create meaningful, lasting change. You’ll leave with a grounded understanding of what ADHD care looks like, what works, and how to take the next step toward feeling more focused and in control.

Ace Hotel Toronto and Shift Collab invites you to an evening where creativity meets reflection. Guests will create mosaics while guided by ADHD specialized Therapist Sarah Innes through moments of grounding, discussion, and connection. The evening will explore how working with your hands can support focus, calm, and curiosity, with “progress over perfection” as our theme. Sarah will weave in reflections on stress, perfectionism, and ADHD, while participants discover the joy of process over outcome. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Guests will leave with their own mosaic and a deeper awareness of how creativity and mental wellness intersect.

It’s normal to feel worried, helpless or confused when a loved one mentions suicide, but there’s a lot you can do to support them. In fact, your compassion and support could save a life. In this webinar delivered by Shift therapist Melanie Katz, you will engage in a discussion about suicide and how you can support loved ones, learn about community resources that are available to you, and get the chance to practice your newly acquired communication skills.
