Join us for an online program facilitated by Andrika Rook, Registered Psychotherapist (RP).
During the 6 week sessions, you will learn key tools and practical strategies for managing Chronic Pain:
✔ Focus on a different pain management strategies and will feature guest speakers on mindfulness, medicine, and wellness.
✔ Provide you the opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals, build connections, and learn practical coping skills from experts.
✔ Gain skills that will help enable you to better navigate the emotional and physical challenges, as well as the nutritional and social challenges that pain presents.
Participants are encouraged to turn their cameras on and engage in discussion, but it's also okay to observe and listen.
Throughout this series, a small group of participants living with Chronic Pain will learn ways and tools to help manage pain and better cope with their chronic health conditions. This will be a confidential group, designed to help keep you feeling supported and connected.

Together, we will gain skills that will help enable you to better navigate the emotional and physical challenges of chronic pain.
The group is led by Andrika Rook, Registered Psychotherapist (RP). Andrika specializes in supporting individuals to manage pain and injury, particularly people with chronic health conditions, chronic pain and injuries. She understands that injury and illness often come hand-in-hand with struggles like anxiety, depression and stress, and appreciates that pain is both a physical and emotional experience.
