- Our care team has been notified and is working behind the scenes to hand-select one or two therapist recommendations. They carry out this process by carefully reviewing what you shared in the questionnaire and assessing which therapist would be best for you against nearly a dozen different data points.

- You will receive an email or call from us within 24 hours, and once you’ve chosen your selection, we can get you started right away!

- Please remember to check your spam folder for any emails from us. 
‍
- Sometimes, it might take a little longer than 24 hours before you get a reply (especially if you reach out over a holiday), but we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
