Alana is a registered social worker who has several years of experience working with families, students, and young adults. Her areas of expertise include self-compassion, anxiety, workplace stress, burnout, and relationship issues.
Alana works from a client-centred, collaborative approach and will meet you where you’re at. Alana believes that you know yourself best, and she’ll empower you to use your inner strength to confront the challenges you face. Alana uses different modalities in therapy and offers a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts and feelings. Alana walks alongside you, supporting you with your needs at your own pace.
Alana graduated with a Master of Social Work degree in 2014 from the University of Toronto, where she specialized in family and individual therapy. Alana is also a certified yoga teacher
