Meet Brittany

Brittany is a reigstered social worker who has seven years of experience working with adolescents and their families. Brittany specializes in trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, those who have been impacted by violence, and relationship difficulties including parenting struggles.

Brittany has practiced in child welfare, mental health, and addictions in both rural and urban areas. She graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Master of Social Work with a focus on children and youth with attention deficit disorder who have experienced childhood trauma.

Brittany uses a holistic, strength-based approach. She strongly believes that you can make changes that will improve your well-being, coping skills, relationships, and quality of life.
