Right for you if

On paper, you look like you have it all together, but deep down you're overwhelmed, disconnected, and uncertain about what you truly want.

The perfectionism and self-criticism are burning you out, and you're ready to be kinder to yourself instead of picking yourself apart.

You understand why you struggle and can spot your triggers, but that understanding hasn't translated into feeling any different.

Years of people pleasing have made you the person everyone else relies on, and you're ready to be that person for yourself too.

Meet Christine

Christine works with women in their 20s to 40s navigating high stress careers and impossibly high standards, the kind of women other people rely on. On paper, it can look like you've checked every box: the right job, the right relationship, everything in place, while underneath you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Christine understands the strong inner critic that builds after years of striving for perfection, and how exhausting it can be when your usual habits stop working. You already know why you feel stuck in these patterns, but knowing hasn't changed how you feel. What you want is a genuine shift in how you relate to yourself. Christine knows this feeling firsthand and found her own clarity through therapy, which is part of why this work matters so much to her. As a former competitive athlete, she recognizes how easily self-worth gets tangled up with achievement, and her background in women's studies shapes how she understands the pressures many women carry, from how they see themselves to how they define success.

Sessions with Christine feel like an honest, two way conversation. She takes a gentle, yet challenging approach. She listens first, then names the patterns that aren't quite lining up, helping you identify the gaps between what you're doing and what you actually value. Together, you'll build a more compassionate relationship with your own thoughts and feelings, understand the patterns that have protected you, and make choices that actually fit who you are. Expect plenty of levity along the way, even when the conversation gets hard. Above all, Christine wants you to feel empowered enough to trust what's true for you. You'll leave feeling more in tune with your needs, trusting yourself more, and like you're finally able to be the person for yourself that you already are for everyone else.

Christine's path to psychotherapy started back in university, volunteering as a victim support worker. This experience showed her how much she enjoyed supporting others through difficult moments. Outside of therapy, Christine is happiest near the water, whether she's swimming, paddleboarding, wake surfing, or just soaking up time by the ocean. She loves to travel and explore new places, and you'll often find her making memories with the people she loves most. When she's not adventuring, she's curled up with a good book or a feel good rom com, because she believes balance comes from both the big moments and the small everyday ones.

Q&A

Are you a paw-rent? Who’s the furry (or scaly!) friend running your household?
My household is happily run by my water-loving Labrador Retriever, Murphy. If I'm not in a session, you'll most likely find me taking him for a walk, throwing a ball for him, or drying him off after he's found the nearest body of water.
What’s your ultimate guilty pleasure song (the one you can’t help but belt out)?
I can’t control myself when You and I by Lady Gaga comes on.
What’s a skill or hobby that lights you up outside of therapy?
Movement has always been something that brings me joy. Growing up, I was a competitive swimmer and water polo player, and these days I enjoy staying active through Pilates, spinning, yoga, walks outside, and spending time on the golf course or pickleball court.
