Estie is here to support you in navigating the twists and turns of life's transitions, work through relationship challenges, and establish healthy boundaries. With Estie’s guidance, you'll find yourself feeling more confident and connected as you embrace change, as her goal for you is to understand your emotions and learn new ways to cope. She is also passionate about supporting new or established parents through prenatal and postpartum challenges as well as, the other daily stressors that come with parenting. Estie believes in working collaboratively to also manage burnout, perfectionism, and low self-esteem, to build resilience and a stronger sense of self.

Estie believes that you are the expert of your own story and approaches sessions holistically and empathically. She creates a safe space for you to feel empowered to share your experiences. Estie believes building a strong therapeutic relationship through open communication is essential to your journey and will work with you to create realistic goals that address your specific needs. Estie tailors her approach to each individual's unique needs so you can feel comfortable moving through therapy towards their goals. Together, you and Estie can use different tools, such as emotion tracking, mindfulness, and tuning into physical sensations, to explore and manage your emotions.

Outside of sessions, Estie enjoys spending time outdoors, baking, listening to live music, and watching reality TV shows. She also likes creating arts and crafts projects and having dance parties with her family. She believes practicing self-care is also important and tries to find time in her daily routines for mindfulness and breathing exercises. Going for a walk while listening to a podcast is her favourite way to unwind!
