Whether you’re looking for support with a high stress work environment, need support transitioning from one life stage to another, or are addressing an ongoing challenge that you’re ready to dive into, Jillian offers an empathetic and collaborative approach to confront and overcome these obstacles.

Sessions with Jillian are free of judgment and a space where you can express yourself in any way needed. Need to vent? Let it out. Need to let the tears flow - no problem! Jillian is here to support you, help you understand yourself, and help you reach your goals. Jillian personalizes her approach to fit each individual and their needs. Therapy sessions with Jillian offer a safe and comforting space that sometimes feels like chatting with a trusted friend.

With Jillian, you'll feel understood and empowered to confront challenges head-on. Jillian helps identify and implement practical coping strategies tailored to your unique circumstances, ensuring you survive and thrive in the face of adversity. With her guidance, you'll navigate obstacles with newfound confidence and resilience.

If you’re struggling with depression of any form, Jillian also has extensive experience navigating these issues, particularly adept at supporting clients with major depressive disorders.

Outside of therapy, Jillian enjoys spending time with friends and family, typically outdoors or discovering new spots with great food and drinks. She loves being on the lake, soaking up the sunshine, and during colder months, she daydreams about and plans her next travel adventure. Jillian is also a proud dog mom to a 6-year-old Aussie Doodle, Mortie, who shares her love for the outdoors and the lake.

Q&A

What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
My favourite place to be on a sunny Sunday afternoon would be at the family cottage. Being outside, on the lake, floating in the water, or lounging on the dock soaking up all the vitamin D with friends and family is the best way to wrap up a weekend, and reset before the next week begins.
Are you a paw-rent? Tell us about your pet!
I am the proud paw-rent to a 6-year-old Aussie Doodle named Mortie. Mortie loves to swim; we cannot keep him out of the water. He spends most of his summer jumping off the dock and waiting (not so patiently) for the next boat or seadoo ride!
On a hot summer's day, what kind of bevy are you reaching for?
Iced Coffee! Nothing better than an iced cold, pick me up!
