Sessions with Jillian are free of judgement and a space where you can express yourself in any way that is needed. Need to vent about work? Let it out! Need to let the tears flow, that’s ok too! Jillian’s here to hear you, to comfort you, to help you understand yourself, and to help you to reach your goals. Jillian's approach is highly adaptable and tailored to ensure you receive the personalized support you need. Therapy sessions with Jillian offer a safe and comforting space, and sometimes feel like chatting with a trusted friend who not only listens but guides you through life's challenges.
Outside of therapy sessions Jillian can be found spending time with friends and family, typically outdoors, or finding that new spot with great food and/or drinks. If the weather is nice, you can find her outside, on the lake, soaking up the sunshine. During the winter/colder months you can find her daydreaming/planning the next trip away, as she loves to travel. Jillian is a proud dog mom, to a 6-year-old Aussie Doodle, Mortie, who also loves the outdoors and being at the lake!
