Meet Lorie-Ann

Lorie-Ann Carson is here to support you in identifying and meeting your personal mental health goals. With a focus on areas such as anxiety, stress, sleep disruptions, boundaries, and life transitions, she is dedicated to helping you achieve a healthier and more balanced life.

Life can be challenging. Lorie-Ann is here to walk with you on your journey and assist you with identifying and meeting your personal mental health goals. Counselling is tailored to you to meet your unique needs and goals. Lorie-Ann recognizes it takes courage to reach out for help, and you’re safe with her. She provides a non-judgmental, confidential, and supportive space. She is respectful and compassionate and will work with you at your pace. She would be honoured to walk with you as you navigate life’s challenges together, to achieve your goals.

Lorie-Ann is a licensed counselling therapist candidate and a Canadian certified counsellor with experience working with youth, adults, and seniors. She is experienced in working with diverse age groups and offers compassionate support to help you meet your personal mental health goals. She supports individuals facing challenges with anxiety, stress, sleep disruptions, boundaries, and life transitions. Lorie-Ann supports you in developing strategies to manage stress, improve sleep, set healthy boundaries, and navigate life transitions.

Outside of sessions, Lorie-Ann can be found in nature with her dog Jack, cuddled up in a blanket with her nose in a book or cooking new recipes in her kitchen.
