Princess works with young adults, adults and couples who struggle to find their true identities and maintain positive relationships. Princess aims to help you view your challenges from a new perspective by integrating Humanistic, Narrative and Cognitive behavioural Therapy techniques. She will work with you to help create and maintain fulfilling relationships through effective communication while maintaining healthy boundaries.
Princess offers a welcoming space where you will be met without judgment. She works collaboratively with you to build action plans so you can achieve your desired goals. Princess uses narrative and strength-based therapy in sessions where she encourages you to channel your inner confidence to create positive change. Outside of sessions, Princess enjoys travelling, connecting with friends, and spending time with her family. As an immigrant, she is passionate about supporting others who may suffer from cultural adjustments.
