Meet Rashmiya

Rashmiya supports individuals navigate anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and interpersonal issues. Rashmiya is passionate about creating a safe space for you to explore your emotions, foster self-awareness, and action change accordingly. She values forming a strong, trustworthy, and judgement-free relationship with you. Rashmiya has 7 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and caregivers of individuals on the autism spectrum. She believes that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to thrive and is here to support you in that process. She believes that we all have underlying strengths and works to identify and foster them.

Outside of sessions, Rashmiya can be found on a long hike, trying out almost any new restaurant, or glued to the TV. She comes from a large Tamil family and loves to do activities that keep her connected to her roots. Rashmiya loves to travel and hopes to travel to 50 countries by 50 years old!
