Rehana is here to support you with relationship conflicts, domestic violence, anger issues, and bereavement.

Rehana has 15 years of valuable experience overseas and in Calgary. She works with individuals, families, and groups facing depression, stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, domestic violence, anger issues, and bereavement. She is proficient in multicultural counselling and understands the obstacles that new immigrants to Canada face.

Rehana uses cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing in her counselling approach. She is respectful and sensitive to your cultural needs. 

Rehana understands that your journey is unique. She’ll work with you to activate your personal strengths and reach your goals. Rehana is empathetic and caring: she will create a safe space where you feel accepted and valued. Rehana’s clients say that her lovely sense of humour goes a long way in helping them feel at ease. Rehana enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Rehana provides counselling in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and English.
