Sarah is here to help you feel excited about your life again, whether you’re rethinking your career, unsure about love, or sensing there’s more out there for you.
You’re being hard on yourself for not being further along, and the bigger questions about who you are and what you really want are starting to feel overwhelming.
Whether it’s dating or a relationship you’re already in, you’re feeling drained, and it’s starting to chip away at how you see yourself.
You’ve been running on empty for so long that being stressed just feels normal now.
You’re living with chronic pain, an illness, or an injury, maybe while on short or long-term disability, and you’re trying to come to terms with how much has changed.

You’re living with chronic pain, an illness, or an injury, maybe while on short or long-term disability, and you’re trying to come to terms with how much has changed.

When you’re doing everything you’re supposed to and life still isn’t adding up to what you’d hoped, it’s easy to look around and wonder, “Is this really it?” Sarah works with adults moving through big life transitions, especially the quarter-life and midlife moments that leave you questioning where you’re headed. Maybe your career no longer fits, but you have no idea what comes next. Maybe the dating scene has you stressed out and wondering what you’re doing wrong, or the pressure has slowly piled up into burnout, low mood, and constant overthinking. Sarah also supports people coping with chronic pain, illness, injury, or workplace issues, including those on short or long-term disability, when life changes overnight and you have to figure everything out again from scratch. She helps you sort through the overwhelm and find a way forward that feels like your own.
Sessions with Sarah are collaborative, reflective, and practical. She’ll make you feel heard and understood, with room to let your guard down. Sarah also knows how good it feels to see real progress, so once you’ve looked beneath the surface at what’s really going on, she helps you figure out what’s next and how to move forward. That could mean building coping skills, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, getting clear on your values, or creating a routine that brings back a sense of order. When something is out of your control, Sarah slows things down and helps you come to terms with it, something she’s guided many clients through. Over time, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and direction to make that decision or finally do the thing you’ve always said you wanted to do. Sarah knows what it takes to change course. She started her career in marketing, and when it no longer felt right, she took one concrete step after another, from ESL teaching to career coaching, and working in vocational rehabilitation, until she found her way to therapy. Her path is proof that it’s possible to start again and build a life that fits who you are.
Outside of therapy, Sarah is creative at heart. She loves music, both listening to it and writing it, and has a wonderfully eclectic taste. She also designs home decor accents and likes trying new recipes on the weekend. A curious, deep thinker, Sarah is drawn to philosophy and life’s big questions, and she makes time for a nice walk or hike when she can
