Sneha is here to help you feel more confident in who you are, whether perfectionism, a painful loss, or pressure at work has you worn down.
You hold yourself to impossible standards, and no matter how much you get done, it’s still hard to give yourself credit.
You’re going through a breakup or separation, and the grief keeps showing up in waves, even on days you thought you were doing okay.
You’ve been unhappy in your career for a while, and you’re not sure what you want next, only that this isn’t it.
Anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout has you feeling frozen, and even small decisions at work or at home feel like too much.

Sometimes the hardest voice is the one inside your own head: the one that second guesses every choice, compares you to everyone else, and quietly tells you you’re not enough. Sneha works with adults navigating low self-esteem and self-doubt, grief and loss, big life transitions, anxiety, and stress at work. She’ll help you understand where your inner judge comes from, question the beliefs that hold you back, and make room for a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Perhaps a breakup, a separation, or a career shift has left you feeling like the life you planned no longer fits. You might have moved to Canada years ago, built a whole life here, and only now feel the grief of the person you were back home. Or maybe your emotions feel too big to manage, and you’re exhausted from holding it all together. Shame, fear, and worry show up for all of us at some point. With Sneha, you’ll begin to understand what’s beneath these feelings, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and consider different ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Sessions with Sneha are warm, collaborative, and exploratory. You’ll shape the work together at a pace that feels comfortable to you. She believes that your early experiences influence the way you see yourself, relate to others, and respond to the world around you. The ways you learned to cope once served a purpose. They may have helped you feel safe, protect yourself, or get through difficult experiences. But if those coping mechanisms are no longer working, that means you’re ready for something different. Together, you’ll look at how your patterns developed, recognize what no longer serves you, and discover new ways of building a life that feels more meaningful to you. When anxiety has your mind stuck in the past or racing ahead, she’ll guide you through grounding exercises right in session to bring you back to the present, where you have more choice in how you respond. Most of all, Sneha hopes to offer a space where you can speak openly about your experiences, feel heard, and feel less alone in what you’re going through, because you don’t have to figure this out on your own.
Outside of sessions, Sneha is a yoga teacher who loves breathwork, time in nature, and kirtans, community gatherings where people come together to chant. She’s also a big fan of what she calls ugly imperfect art. Her tool of choice is crayons, because you can’t blend them, so there’s no pressure to get it right. There’s freedom in letting go of getting it right and allowing yourself to simply begin. It’s the same thing she helps her clients with: letting go of perfection, making room for imperfection, and focusing on progress. She often comes back to Rumi’s words: “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” It captures how she hopes to meet you in therapy: without judgment, with curiosity and gentleness, and with room for all the parts of you that you may have learned to hide. You don’t have to be a different version of yourself to begin therapy. You can start exactly where you are.
