Meet Tracey
Tracey’s greatest passion is supporting women through the many stages of their health journey. She works with those navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum, including loss, depression, and anxiety, as well as perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, and major life transitions like separation or divorce. Tracey’s here to help you feel grounded, validated, and less alone in times that often feel overwhelming. She also supports parents, caregivers, and frontline workers who carry the weight of others. With years of experience as a nurse in high-pressure environments, Tracey understands the cost of always being “on,” including exhaustion, fear of mistakes, health anxiety, and the quiet burnout that builds over time. She offers a space to pause, breathe, and finally feel seen.
Therapy with Tracey feels like pressing pause on the noise of daily life so you can actually hear yourself think. She invites you to slow down and reconnect with what’s going on beneath the surface, especially when the past feels heavy or the future feels uncertain. Tracey might guide you through reflection, ask thoughtful questions, or suggest new creative ways of looking at things to help you feel more grounded in your decisions. You’ll never feel rushed or judged. Clients often describe their time with her as deeply comforting, a space where they feel supported and understood, and leave a little lighter than when they came in.
Outside the therapy room, Tracey is a mom of three who gets the chaos and beauty of family life. She has spent years in healthcare and brings the same steadiness and compassion to her work as a therapist. On her days off, you’ll likely find her kayaking, hiking, biking, reading, or hanging out with her three dogs. She also maintains a regular yoga practice, which helps her stay grounded and connected, something she often draws on in her work with clients. And yes, she’s a proud Wordle enthusiast who never misses a puzzle.
