Stretch, Sweat & Unwind

Are you ready to feel a new sense of tranquillity and well-being? Maybe even digest from Thanksgiving dinner? In this virtual, 60 min soft & slow yoga class, Modo Yoga Hamilton instructor Yvonne will gently guide you through various seated postures and poses that stimulate deep muscle release and will improve your flexibility by opening up the joints. This class is excellent for those who prefer a less vigorous yoga practice and those experiencing stress, injury or chronic pain. All levels are welcome!
