First Responder and Veteran Support

Doing the job means showing up for others under pressure, often for years. Whether you've worked in emergency services or served in the military, the things you've witnessed and carried don't simply disappear when the shift ends or the tour is over. Many first responders and veterans find that the cumulative weight of experience surfaces in ways they didn't expect: sleep problems, a short fuse, disconnection from people they love, or a quiet sense that no one outside the work would fully understand.

Therapy with someone who understands the culture and demands of these roles can make a real difference. The focus isn't on telling you what you experienced was too much to handle. It's on helping you process what you've been through at your own pace, rebuild the capacity to feel present in your life again, and find language for things that have been difficult to put into words. You deserve the same support you've extended to others.
