Masculine Vulnerbility

There's a lot of cultural noise around vulnerability, especially for men. Being open about fear, uncertainty, grief, or need can feel like crossing a line, or like admitting to something that will be used against you. But suppressing those parts of yourself has costs, and most people who've tried it for long enough can feel them building.

Therapy offers a place to explore what vulnerability actually means for you, separate from the scripts you've been handed. That might involve learning to recognize feelings as they happen, practicing how to express them in ways that feel authentic, and understanding the difference between openness and oversharing. The point isn't to become someone different. It's to have more access to yourself.
