Among other issues, she can help you navigate challenges related to ADHD such as organization, execution, focus, and goal-setting.
Dimple acknowledges and validates what you’re experiencing from an anti-oppressive, strength-based approach. She’ll help you become your best self through psychoeducation and an integrative therapeutic approach. Dimple has an exceptional ability to understand your challenges through a cognitive behavioural therapy framework. She also uses motivational interviewing to help you harness your ability to navigate challenges.
