Right for you if
You’re in school, recently graduated, or starting a new job and feel lost, like you missed the manual on how to be an adult.
You’ve been carrying low self-worth or anxiety and want to finally feel confident, safe, and more like yourself, especially in relationships.
You keep it together on the outside, but inside you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or grieving a loss and unsure how to move forward.
You’re tired of just surviving week after week, and want to reconnect with the joyful, playful parts of your inner child that got lost along the way

Meet Emily
Emily welcomes anyone over the age of 18 into a safe, supportive space, especially during those what now? moments in adulthood when you're trying to figure out who you are, what you want, and where to go next. She works with people who are feeling anxious, burnt out, grieving a loss, or navigating major transitions in school, work, or relationships (romantic, family, or friendship), and as someone who remembers how isolating it felt to move away from home and not know where she fit in, she brings a deeply empathetic lens to these types of experiences. In her sessions, she creates space to explore the parts of yourself that feel unsure, lost, or forgotten, while helping you reconnect with your inner child so you can feel more like your authentic self again and weave that sense of self into how you show up day to day.
Therapy with Emily feels like having a teammate who’s in it for the long haul. Some sessions are gentle and reflective, while others feel like training for a marathon: challenging, collaborative, and empowering. Clients often say Emily sees them through many versions of themselves as they grow. Emily also brings creativity into sessions, using tools like art, imagery, or writing to help you express big emotions and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been quiet for too long. She's here to help you notice patterns, learn to regulate your emotions, and feel safer in your own skin. Her role isn’t to fix you, but to create space where you can heal. For Emily, healing includes helping you keep joy, fun, and that inner-child connection alive in your everyday life, not only reserved for rare moments of downtime.
Outside of therapy, Emily loves spa-hopping, bingeing 90 Day Fiancé, and chasing down the best new food spots with her friends and family. She shares her home with a tiny Morkie who absolutely believes he runs the place, and honestly, he kind of does. Emily brings this same warmth and curiosity into her sessions, creating a space that feels relaxed, human, and genuinely supportive.
