Meet Fanny
Fanny supports individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and parenting stress. She helps you understand and work through past experiences that shape how you feel, how you see yourself, and how you connect with others. With a trauma-informed lens and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Fanny guides you to build resilience, become more emotionally attuned, and create stronger, more fulfilling relationships. She has a special focus on working with clients impacted by ADHD—whether you're managing your own diagnosis, navigating a relationship where one partner has ADHD, or parenting a neurodivergent child—supporting you with emotional regulation, communication, and connection.
As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), Fanny works with couples and families to break negative communication cycles, rebuild trust, and foster deeper emotional bonds. She’s especially attuned to parents who feel overwhelmed or disconnected, and to individuals dealing with anxiety, emotional triggers, or shifting roles in their relationships or family life. Whether you’re feeling stuck in a cycle of conflict, stretched thin by parenting demands, or weighed down by the lingering effects of trauma, Fanny creates space for you to work through it with clarity and care.
Fanny brings warmth, empathy, and cultural sensitivity into every session. She creates a space where you can feel safe to explore your emotions and reconnect with yourself. As a Chinese immigrant and mom of two—including a child with ADHD—Fanny offers both lived insight and clinical expertise. Her approach is rooted in compassion, attachment theory, and a deep respect for your unique story and cultural background.
Outside of sessions, Fanny enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, camping, and skiing with her partner and children. She also values quiet moments with a good book, coffee, and desserts—and loves baking for loved ones. She’s all about fostering balance and connection, and is passionate about helping people build stronger relationships and a greater sense of harmony in their lives.
