Jennifer is a registered social worker and Chief Clinical Officer at Shift Collab. She provides psychotherapy to people dealing with anxiety, depression, workplace stress, ADHD, burnout, and relationship trauma. Jennifer provides support with compassion, empathy, and emotional safety. She can help you develop strategies to cope with difficult situations.
Jennifer uses modalities that are grounded in evidence-based practices, including: cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, forward-facing trauma therapy and brief solution-focused therapy. Jennifer adds a healthy dose of humour to sessions. She'll meet you where you're at and support you to be the best version of yourself.
Jennifer also does corporate and wellness workshops across Ontario. She helps people challenge their inner imposter, master positive self-talk, and reach their goals. Jennifer is aware that some folks avoid therapy because of fear, shame, or ignorance. She provides a safe, positive, and affirming space for all clients, with a particular interest in supporting female-identifying clients.
