Jessica is here to support you with self-esteem, imposter syndrome, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions.
Ever feel isolated because you chose an “unconventional path” in your career, relationship, or life choices? Meet Jessica— a therapist who’s happy to go against the status quo with you by offering a unique approach to therapy. This approach challenges societal norms, helping you feel resilient despite others’ opinions and judgments. Whether you’re feeling rejected, undervalued, stuck or simply that something’s not right, Jessica is here to help you see that your skills, talents, and authentic expression are worth fighting for. As a former actress, Jessica has been in your shoes and has a passion for working with other individuals in the creative arts industry. From balancing classes, auditions, script work and meetings, Jessica knows how overwhelming life can get, and feeling under appreciated or stagnant is all too familiar. Regardless of where life took you, Jessica utilizes mindfulness strategies to help connect you to your inner strength, empowering you to pursue your goals confidently.
Jessica creates a space where you can freely express yourself with a sense of safety and ease. In narrative-based and person-centred therapy, you will explore your unique stories and emotions, leading to greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and healing. You may feel like you’re managing and scraping by, but something “still feels off,” and that’s where your work with Jessica begins. She dedicates herself to helping you work through self-doubt, anxiety, and isolation, offering support every step of the way because taking the path less travelled can feel incredibly lonely.
When she’s not in session, you’ll likely find Jessica enjoying the outdoors on a walk or travelling along Southern California’s coast, as she likes to visit whenever she can. Her mornings usually start with a matcha latte and meditation. With a deep love for animals, Jessica enjoys hanging out with her family’s Yorkie, Chanel, and her friends’ Bengal cats. Furry friends are always welcome to pop in during sessions, too! Between quality time with loved ones, Jessica enjoys looking for pretty crystals and stones to add to her collection (her favourites are celestite and quartz).
