Right for you if
You look successful, independent, resilient, or put together on the outside, but underneath it, you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, or self-criticism.
You're worn out from meeting everyone else's expectations while your own needs sit at the bottom of the list.
You feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in patterns you don't fully understand, or you tend to avoid conflict rather than face it.
You suspect you have ADHD, official diagnosis or not, and want support that actually fits your day to day life.

Meet Nadia
Nadia works with thoughtful, high achieving people who've spent years holding everything together for everyone else, at work, at home, in every relationship. With experience working in men's residential treatment centres, and supporting frontline workers, she understands firsthand how masculinity and women's health experiences can shape someone's wellbeing. You might look like you have it all figured out, but inside you're stretched thin, second guessing yourself, or exhausted from saying yes when you mean no. Nadia often sees this in people pleasing, conflict avoidance, and relationship dynamics that keep repeating no matter how much insight someone already has. For a lot of her clients, it traces back to learning early that keeping the peace, or being the reliable one, felt safer than asking for what they actually needed. She also supports adults navigating ADHD, diagnosed or not, blending practical strategies for daily life with a deeper look at where it all comes from.
Sessions with Nadia are introspective, the kind that go deep rather than staying on the surface. She'll point out patterns as they show up in the room, especially the ones you already know are there, and help you notice them instead of getting stuck in them. Nadia leans more into gentle challenge than straight validation, though she'll offer plenty of that too, when it's needed. She also works beyond talking, using grounding exercises, mindfulness, and real attention to how stress and old experiences live in your body. Along the way, she also makes room for humour, noticing the moments of joy that show up even in hard situations. Nadia isn't big on generic coping skills. Her focus is actualization: taking what you already know, like that you need to set a boundary or slow down, and helping you actually put it into action. You'll likely leave a session with Nadia feeling more grounded, lighter, and clear on the one thing you're ready to actually do differently.
Outside the therapy room, Nadia is a writer and artist who previously ran two independent art publications, Amble Mag and Outside Zine. She's also an amateur boxer, and you'll find her lifting weights, hiking, cooking with her partner, or visiting home to Prince Edward Island. She has a natural curiosity and respect for the mind and body connection in every session, helping you reconnect with who you already are beneath the expectations you've been carrying.
