Osman is here to support you with ADHD, relationships, feeling stuck, and finding your sense of identity and purpose.
You wake up already tired, the things you used to enjoy feel like chores, and you can't shake the feeling that you're stuck in place.
You and your partner keep missing each other, even when you're in the same room, and you both want to feel like a team again.
You're carrying guilt over how you've reacted to the people you love, and the shame of it has started to shape how you see yourself.
You've always felt like your brain works differently, and you're exhausted from pushing through systems that were never built for the way you think.

Osman welcomes individuals and couples who can feel that something's off in their life or relationship, even if they can't quite name it yet. His work centres on helping you untangle what's keeping you stuck: the ADHD that leaves you scattered, frustrated, or misunderstood by the people closest to you, the relationship patterns and arguments that keep repeating no matter how hard you try, and the quiet sense that you've drifted from who you are and what you value. For a lot of people, it comes from years of chasing what's expected or keeping everyone else happy, until their own needs get lost along the way. As a first generation Canadian Muslim of South Asian heritage, Osman knows from lived experience how tiring it can be to live between cultures, expectations, and beliefs. Faith and culture only come into your sessions if you'd like them to, and if they do, he's happy to explore them with you.
Sessions with Osman feel calm, grounding, and unhurried, and they often go deeper than you expect. He's comfortable with quiet moments and gives you room to find your words, so the things you've been carrying finally have space to come out. At the heart of his work is helping you realign with your purpose and live in a way that reflects the values and beliefs that matter most to you. He sees you as the expert on your own life, and his role is to help you get where you want to go. If you're not sure what you want yet, he'll flip the script and ask, "Do you know what you don't want?" It gives you somewhere to start, even when everything feels stuck. Osman has ADHD himself and calls it his superpower. It makes him especially tuned in to the small changes in your expression, tone, or energy that tell him something's shifted. He also has a knack for metaphors (a basketball analogy might make its way into your session) that help things finally click. Osman became a therapist after reaching out for help when he was younger and never feeling truly seen. Now, his hope is to help you see the best parts of yourself again and build a life that feels like yours.
Outside the therapy room, Osman is a devoted family man and a dad to four kids. He loves reading about spirituality, world religions, philosophy, and political debates. You'll probably find him watching The Daily Show, listening to comedy or political podcasts, or catching Manchester United, Chelsea, and Real Madrid highlights (he'll kindly remind you it's called football, not soccer). He's also an NFL fan and is still on the hunt for the best short ribs in the GTA.
