Ting has over eight years of experience working with clients in community settings. She works with all age groups and supports people with various mental health challenges. She creates a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to work through your struggles.
Ting uses a holistic approach in therapy because she knows that no single approach works for everyone. Ting uses a combination of cognitive behaviour therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practice in sessions.
Ting believes that you deserve a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings. She’ll guide you to learn more about yourself through your therapy journey.
Ting provides counselling in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
