Right for you if

You’re navigating a big life change—or feeling stuck and unsure what’s next—and want support to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

You feel stressed about money—maybe it’s causing conflict, tied to guilt or shame, or just hard to talk about. You might’ve grown up without a lot or are trying to break old habits, and want support working through it all emotionally.

You care about connection, but your relationships feel confusing, one-sided, or overwhelming. You want to better understand your patterns and express your needs.

You’ve been diagnosed with ADHD—or think you might have it—and want support that plays to your strengths and helps you build routines that actually stick.

Meet Valerie

Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual, and feeling overwhelmed by money, productivity, or the fear of “falling behind” isn’t just in your head. Maybe you’re always trying to do the right thing, but in the process, you’ve lost sight of who you are. These struggles can take a toll on your body, your relationships, and your sense of self-worth.

Whether you’re juggling too much, stuck in a cycle of overthinking, or unsure how to ask for what you need, Valerie creates a safe, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and untangle it all. In sessions with Valerie, you’ll find honesty, humour, and the space to show up exactly as you are. Valerie’s warm, down-to-earth style helps you explore the habits, beliefs, and self-talk that no longer serve you—especially around money, which often silently fuels shame and stress. Together, you’ll reconnect with your values, make sense of what's been weighing on you and move forward with greater self-compassion, clarity, and confidence.

Valerie works with individuals who are ready to feel more grounded with their decisions, heal from complicated family dynamics, or finally find strategies that make sense for their ADHD brain. She also has a special interest in supporting athletes, dancers, and creatives navigating high performance, perfectionism, identity shifts, and the pressure to constantly "perform." Having grown up immersed in the world of dance, Valerie understands the unique challenges of striving for excellence in highly demanding environments. Her approach is inclusive, neurodiverse affirming, and culturally sensitive, guided by a trauma-informed, feminist, and anti-racist lens.

Outside the therapy room, Valerie stays active playing softball, weight training, and unwinding with comfort shows like Emily in Paris, Sex & The City, and Bridgerton. She also volunteers her time on the board of a children’s mental health organization, bringing her passion for community care beyond her 1:1 client work. As a third-generation Italian-Irish Canadian, she’s also reconnecting with her roots by brushing up on Italian with Duolingo—slowly but surely!

An iced lavender matcha, raspberry lemonade or anything full of electrolytes
If you could time travel to any moment in history, when and where would you go?
The early 2000’s - back to a time when we used to rent Blockbuster movies, listen to music on a portable CD player and text on our flip phones.
If you could change professions for one day, what would you choose?
I’d be a Commercial Dancer for music videos, TV shows, movies, and/or commercials.
