Sexual Health and Intimacy

Sexual Health

Questions and concerns about sexual health span a wide range: how you relate to your own body, anxieties or confusion around sexual identity, difficulties with intimacy or functioning, or navigating conversations with partners about needs, limits, and consent. Whatever brings you to this conversation, there's no version of it that's too embarrassing or too complicated to work through with a therapist.

Conversations tend to be led by what you actually want to address. You might work on building clearer communication with a partner, developing a more accepting relationship with your own sexuality, or untangling shame or anxiety that's been getting in the way of connection. Practical skills like expressing personal limits clearly, understanding consent as an ongoing conversation, and developing a healthier body image can all be part of the work, depending on what's most relevant to you.
