If anxiety has you people-pleasing, or if you’re weighed down by past relational hurts, Ariette will walk alongside you as you unpack emotional wounds, shift old narratives, and learn to trust your own voice. As an adult child of immigrants, Ariette understands the tension between honouring family expectations and building an identity that’s truly your own. She's someone who values deep connection, and it shows in the way she holds space. Outside of therapy, Ariette loves good food, themed dinner parties, and discovering cozy new cafés. She nerds out over musical theatre and loves analyzing films through a psychology lens.
