Once your therapy plan is set, you’ll dive into the work together, which may involve practical exercises, implementing learned skills through worksheets, or engaging activities.

During her free time, Mahnoor loves to cook while singing along to throwback hits, get hands-on with pottery, watch the latest Netflix show, and play games with friends. She’s all about embracing gratitude to soak in the small joys of life and keep that positive vibe going. Mahnoor’s a travel buff and has lived in different corners of the world, soaking in various cultures and backgrounds. Rest! We often find ourselves scheduling 100 things for the weekend, and while this is great and worthwhile, it is also important to take out time to recuperate and recharge ourselves for the coming week; this can help prevent burnout.
