Mahnoor helps young adults manage relationship issues, work-life balance, and life transitions so they can better control their lives and feel more confident in their abilities. As part of her practice, she often works with multicultural individuals to help them navigate any conflicting cultural values so that they can embrace their unique identities. As a South Asian woman, growing up in the Western world, Mahnoor understands the cross-cultural challenges that can arise while navigating between different cultural values and perspectives. She incorporates this awareness while providing culturally-sensitive therapy.
Mahnoor understands starting therapy can be difficult, so she creates a safe and comforting space for you to feel confident and empowered. She uses a holistic approach to comprehensively understand you and your experiences and provides individualized care based on your background and concerns. Mahnoor works collaboratively with you to explore your needs, set therapeutic goals, and create an action plan to achieve them. She is warm, empathetic, understanding, and energetic throughout her sessions with you.
In her free time, Mahnoor enjoys cooking while singing along to throwback hits, doing arts and crafts, watching TV shows, exploring new places, and playing games with friends. Mahnoor likes to partake in gratitude activities as she believes appreciating the little things in life creates happiness and allows for a positive outlook. Mahnoor is always interested in learning more about different cultures, creations, and discoveries.
