Olivia helps young adults and adults navigate their relationships with alcohol and drugs so that they can live a balanced and fulfilling life. Olivia will help you learn skills to prevent relapse and explore new opportunities while in recovery. Olivia will work with you to find new strategies to better cope with the curve balls that life throws our way. Olivia’s sessions are warm, casual, and filled with practical resources.
In sessions, Olivia creates a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions. She believes that your lived experiences give you a strong foundation to build upon and grow your toolbox of coping skills. Together you'll create action plans that will help you meet your personal goals. She believes that humour and comfort are key to a lasting therapeutic relationship and invites you to show up just as you are to every session.
Outside of sessions, Olivia can be found refinishing furniture, going to concerts, camping, and fishing with her partner. She believes that one of the most powerful tools we have is to be able to laugh in the face of adversity. Olivia comes from a farming family and prides herself in doing the hard work that’s needed to get the job done.
