Olivia is dedicated to empowering Gen Zs and Millennials as they navigate the rollercoaster of emotions that accompany the ever-changing landscape of your 20s and 30s—think anxiety, confusion, insecurity, and instability, to name a few. From mastering effective communication strategies to exploring personal values and aspirations, Olivia is dedicated to guiding you through every step of your journey toward growth and self-discovery. Additionally, she provides a safe and judgment-free space for individuals who are looking to discuss or explore their substance use. Whether you're contemplating changes in your own habits or grappling with concerns about a loved one, Olivia offers compassionate support to help untangle the complex web of thoughts and emotions that may feel overwhelming.

Sessions with Olivia are casual, and she invites you to come exactly as you are—wear your sweats, bring that fidget toy, swear if you need to, or bring your pet; it’s all welcome! Using a goal-oriented approach and your own past experiences, she helps you sort through your thoughts and feelings to better understand yourself and the people around you while also building healthy coping skills and habits in your life. Olivia believes wholeheartedly in harm reduction and setting you up for success in whatever way works best for you; no one is perfect, so let’s not try to be!

Outside of sessions, Olivia can be found crafting, camping, and fishing with her husband. Having grown up on a farm, Olivia has a love for animals, including her two cats, Rillo & Bambi who you may get to see in session if you’re lucky! Don’t let the blazers and cardigans fool you; Olivia will always be a pop-punk kid at heart.
