Megan helps leaders believe they are enough. She’s keenly focused on helping highly ambitious young professionals. Megan co-hosts Impostercast with Jordan Axani, an iTunes Top 20 podcast about "faking it", living authentically, and knowing that we’re not alone in our struggles and triumphs. Megan also does corporate and wellness workshops across Ontario to help people challenge their inner imposter, master positive self-talk, and reach their goals.

Megan provides professional, confidential counselling to people from diverse backgrounds. She can help individuals and families address anxiety, stress, fear, depression, lack of self-esteem, grief or loss, and relationship problems. She’s even written about the life lessons of online dating!

Megan has worked at an acute care hospital, supporting children and their families who were involved in a traumatic event or diagnosed with a neurological condition. She provided crisis intervention, counselling, and resource support. Megan has also worked in hospice and palliative care settings. She provided emotional, practical, and resource support to people with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones.

Megan is committed to creating a space where you can be honest and vulnerable. Megan believes that you have the ability to chart your own course in life. While she may, at times, encourage you to consider a different perspective or action, she ultimately works with you at your own pace and respects your decisions. Her collaborative, open-minded approach allows you to tailor therapy to your needs and goals. With the utmost compassion and integrity, she'll help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and actions so that you can move forward in life.
