Work-Life Balance

When work starts filling all available space, it rarely happens all at once. Gradually, the things that used to replenish you, time with people you care about, rest, interests outside a screen, get crowded out. By the time it registers, exhaustion has usually been building for a while.

Therapy around work-life balance is not primarily about managing a calendar more efficiently. It is about examining what is driving the overextension, whether that is fear, guilt, unclear limits, or beliefs about what you have to earn. Sessions give you space to get honest about what you actually want your life to look like, and then work through the specific patterns and situations making that difficult to sustain. The practical tools follow once there is clarity about what you are actually trying to change.
