WHAT IT TREATS / WHO IT'S FOR

DBT is well established for managing intense emotions, self-harm urges, and relationship instability, and was originally developed for borderline personality disorder. It's available virtually across Canada through Shift Collab.

DBT was developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan and is designated by APA Division 12 as having strong research support.
