May 26: Burnout Virtual Workshop

Burnout gets talked about a lot, but many people are still feeling stuck in it.

This workshop is a space to explore what success, rest, and sustainability could look like in your real life.

You might leave with a different relationship to productivity.
You might notice what your body has been trying to tell you.

Either way, it’s a chance to pause and reconnect with what actually feels supportive.

May 28: Shift x Alter Sauna, Breathwork & Ice Bath (Toronto)

A guided reset for your mind and body.

Through sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, and meditation, this experience helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded way.
