Meet Kelsey

Kelsey’s passion is to work with people who are ready to take a proactive approach to therapy. If you believe recovery and hope are always possible by building on your unique strengths and the positives in your life, Kelsey is ready to support you. She strongly believes that the purpose of therapy is to make you feel more free, and that there is always personal preference and choice in what is done together in session.

Kelsey understands her role as a therapist is to offer insight, to reflect patterns noticed in behaviour, relationships, family communication, and thoughts, and to provide knowledge, skills, and tools to empower you to live the life of your dreams. Her main intention is to provide a space where her clients feel connected, engaged, understood, and that their needs and goals are being addressed.

Kelsey’s practice focuses on bringing attention to the present moment, to what is happening in the here and now. She believes that at the core, people want the same things: to be accepted, valued, and loved. When issues, challenges or resistance comes into our lives, Kelsey believes it is an opportunity for growth.

Kelsey has supported clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, academic issues, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma, bullying, sexual intimacy challenges and exploration, body image issues and disordered eating.

If you have any questions or you’d like to connect with Kelsey to see if she’s the right fit for you, don’t hesitate to reach out. She is always happy to hear from you.
