Lindsay is here to support you with mood regulation, adjusting to motherhood, distress tolerance, and positive parenting.

Lindsay is a registered social worker. She works with people to identify beliefs and thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and depression. She’s here to help you develop healthy coping strategies to regulate your emotions and increase your distress tolerance.

Lindsay has extensive experience supporting expectant and new mothers to adjust to motherhood. She draws on mindfulness and cognitive behavioural techniques to  emphasize your resilience and strengths, expand your support network, and neutralize distress.

Lindsay also works with parents who struggle to manage their children’s unfavourable behaviour. As a triple P (Positive Parenting Program) certified therapist, Lindsay can help you respond effectively and compassionately to behaviour while maintaining your child’s self-esteem.
