Sara draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Neuroscience and Solution-Focused Therapy.
As a highly sensitive person with her own stranger-than-fiction set of lived experiences, Sara brings compassion, warmth, and understanding to her work that puts people at ease and provides the felt safety that is crucial to healing and moving forward.
