Anxiety, finding connection and community, parenting, emotional stress and overcoming trauma.
Life can be hard sometimes. No matter how much you wish there was a roadmap to follow, oftentimes you are left to chart the path forward yourself. As overwhelming as that can be, you’ve been developing and using your incredible skills and strengths to do it. You are working so hard to navigate all the feelings, thoughts, and experiences that make you human and you’re not alone. If you are curious about understanding your emotions, healing those hurt pieces of you, or leaning into the hard times, I am here to walk that path with you.
Living in a world that often doesn’t create space for people to be their full selves can feel very isolating. I believe that everyone deserves to be accepted and feel safe. It is from this perspective that I support others in their healing and growth. Guided by the belief that healing happens in connection with others, I will create space for you to dive into those emotions that feel really big or overwhelming and support you in knowing that your feelings and reactions are valid and always have been.
I have experience working with people of all ages and supporting individuals as well as families experiencing a diverse range of emotional and relational challenges. I have most often supported others through feelings and experiences of anxiety, loneliness, and uncertainty. I provide an eclectic approach and believe therapy is a collaborative partnership. I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches in order to meet your unique needs. You can count on me to be open, flexible, and compassionate throughout the entire process.
Your story and experiences will be centered throughout and, with curiosity and compassion, we will embark on this journey together. You deserve to have your needs met and to achieve your goals. We will start where you are at to find ways to cope with the hard times, be the person you wish to be, and strengthen meaningful relationships in your life.
