Meet Kayla

We're all searching for connection in this world. We spend so much time and energy building walls and hiding in the shadows from our feelings while at the same time aching for authenticity and connection. I'm here to support you in diving head first into your emotions to unapologetically be your authentic self.

As a registered social worker, my background lies in supporting individuals and families in coping with diverse emotional, behavioural, and cognitive mental health challenges. I have experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, and emotion regulation and understand each person in the context of their environment.

I provide an eclectic approach and believe therapy is a collaborative process and you are the expert of your own life. We will start where you are at and I will support you in leaning into vulnerability, giving voice to your experiences, and sharing your true self with the world.

Kayla received her Master of Social Work from University of Toronto with a focus on children and their families, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trent University.
