Rajani is here to support you with stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem.

Headshot of Rajani Naik from waist up smiling in a button up shirt and suit jacket.

Rajani has extensive experience supporting people with grief, PTSD, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. Rajani works closely with people in high-stress careers and with couples who want to strengthen their relationship or who struggle with issues such as infidelity. Rajani also works with veterans. He uses compassion and understanding to help clients move through feelings of grief and loss during this complex time.

Rajani creates a safe, affirming space for you in every session and welcomes feedback throughout therapy. Rajani will support you as you share your story, and will help you learn to operate from a strength-based perspective. Rajani has practiced in both community and more structured healthcare settings.

Rajani holds a Master of Social Work from Mangalore University (India) and has completed further studies in Canada. Rajani uses an anti-oppressive framework in therapy. He’ll walk with you as you share your experiences and the related effects of marginalization. Rajani will help you build on your strengths, one experience at a time.

In his personal life, Rajani has explored yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and alternative states of consciousness to tap into the body’s inner wisdom. This has increased his capacity to move through the hardships inherent in life. Rajani also believes in incorporating playfulness into daily life and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. When he is not working, he enjoys hiking, cooking, exploring, doing yoga, and dancing.
